Project Spotlight: Maven by Midfield—
New Hangar 5 The stunning new Hangar 5, a 28,500 sq ft pre-engineered metal building, sets a new standard in private aviation facilities. Designed to house privately owned jets, this state-of-the-art hangar features innovative tug drive-through overhead doors, allowing seamless aircraft entry and exit. Highlights include 8 feet of burnished block detailing, three client-focused maintenance offices, and a massive 145-foot bi-parting door with a 28-foot tail clearance. Advanced amenities such as radiant heat and a snow melt system for the ramp apron enhance functionality, while the 25,000 sq ft underground detention system and 7,200 sq ft ramp area showcase a commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. Project Spotlight: City of Howell—
Comprehensive Interior Renovations The City of Howell’s municipal offices have undergone an impressive transformation through a multi-phase renovation project. Phase 1 encompassed a 6,500 sq ft overhaul of the city offices, while Phase 2 reimagined the second floor as the new 6,500 sq ft police department and converted the former 3,832 sq ft police department on the first floor into a modern City Council Chamber. The upgrades extend beyond interiors, with the addition of a full-building natural gas generator, elevator modernization, exterior brick and fascia repairs, and new energy-efficient windows throughout. A cutting-edge heating and cooling controls system further enhances the building’s efficiency and sustainability, ensuring that it serves the community effectively for years to come.
