Networking
ABC SEMI hosts events that encourage relationships between members. This helps members of all sizes expand their business and gain more recognition in the chapter and in southeast Michigan – making it a great way for members to keep work flowing.
Safety
ABC SEMI’s director of safety can provide numerous trainings for employees. Certified to train in First Aid/CPR/AED, OSHA 10 and 30, job site evaluation and more for our members and their employees.
Political Advocacy
We fight to support merit shop construction so you don’t have to. Lobbyists in Lansing and Washington D.C. work to protect our members’ interests. ABC defends business’s rights to bid on contracts despite third-party affiliations on a local, state and national level.
Apprentice Training
Our education affiliate, the Southeast Michigan Construction Academy, trains the next generation of skilled trade workers. Currently, we provide training in electrical, carpentry, HVAC, welding and heavy construction.
